My skin tone falls between Autumn Mute and Warm No. 21-22, generally leaning more towards yellow. Cushions with too much yellow or pink tend to make my skin look dull or gray. My skin tone is quite unique, but Fairlight matches me perfectly!!!!
From the detailed photo, Fairlight seems to be shades 17-19, which might appear too bright, but it wasn’t the case when I tested it in the store. I believe it would suit those who prefer a bright shade 21 that gives a slight makeup look!

Even after 6 hours of wearing makeup without a mask or needing touch-ups, I didn’t notice any makeup breakdown or dry patches. The fair shade isn’t listed in All Young, so I was contemplating settling for Fairlight, but I ended up purchasing Fair through Naver, and I’m pleased with the outcome. “This is truly the ultimate cushion for life… I was originally a makeup nomad, but after discovering Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, I stuck with it exclusively for about 6 years. As I aged and my skin became a bit drier, I began searching for base makeup alternatives. I wasn’t keen on using foundation anymore and started looking into cushions, though I didn’t expect much in terms of longevity from a cushion product…?
However, I’ve tried nearly all the well-known cushions, reputed for their staying power surpassing even Estee Lauder’s, including Clio Kill Cover, Estee Lauder itself, Sulwhasoo, and Age 20’s, but none match the Jeong Saem Mool Essential Skin Nuder Cushion (though, of course, this may vary by individual).
My skin type is quite challenging, with a T-zone that’s both dry and oily, and the rest of my face slightly dry. My pores are also quite large. Despite this, for me, it’s the base makeup with the best adhesion and longest wear time. The pore coverage is somewhat lacking, so I touch up just the pore areas with a bit of foundation, but for the rest, the Jeong Saem Mool cushion does the job. It makes my skin look beautiful, and after applying makeup in the morning, I find I don’t need any touch-ups for the day, except maybe a slight fix around the mouth after brushing my teeth. It’s a cushion with amazing staying power.
Oh, and the included puff isn’t the best, so I’ve switched to using an Espoir puff from Olive Young, which improved the adhesion. It’s rare to find a cushion that not only smells pleasant but also leaves such a pretty, watery glow on the skin, and even when it does start to wear off, it does so gracefully. It’s truly… I’ve raved about it so much that many of my colleagues have also made the purchase.
It’s genuinely a cushion for life. I hope it never gets discontinued. Please continue to sell it forever. I’ll be a lifelong buyer ღ”

“I’m quite the cushion nomad. Based on my coworker’s recommendation, which I was skeptical about, I decided to give it a try during a sale and got it at a discounted price! With so many options available, it was hard to choose, but I went with this product since my skin is extremely dry and I typically use shades 21-23. I liked that it was moisturizing and not matte, but by around 2 p.m., even though there was no tightness or flaking, I noticed significant darkening, so I decided to touch up my makeup. However, when I tried to reapply, despite carefully distributing it on the blending palette, it ended up too thick… I just couldn’t get the control right… ㅜㅜ haha.
Despite that, I enjoyed the feel and moisture it provided, so I went ahead and purchased another shade. I guess I’ll have to give up on the medium shade… I only used it twice lol;;; Such a waste…”
